One of my primary responsibilities at Crunchyroll was directing copy for the E-commerce team. I led the team of 5 writers and proofreaders in producing global sales campaigns including emails, web, SMS, push notifications, social, and paid media touchpoints. 

Under my guidance, messaging got tighter, more engaging, and distinctly on-brand, speaking to fans like fellow fans. I reviewed both briefs and creative, giving feedback and improving efficiency along the way in collaboration with project management and art directors.
